It was a straightforward process. They asked about my experience in education and about specific situations where I had to perform. The interviewer was happy to answer my questions too. They also mentioned they would try their best to match me with the grades I want to work with and discuss salary.

I had a phone call that was professional and it focused on my qualifications, where I want to work, and what kind of job placement I'm looking for. They also asked me where I was at in my schooling. After that, I had to send my documents, but this was after the interview because they were already trying to find me a placement. This phone interview felt really comfortable. The school that they match you with is where you'll have your main interview.
