The interview has three phases. First, a 1-hour interview with HR which ends with theoretical questions. Second, a 2-hour technical interview with three developers, split into four blocks: your experience, logic questions, high-level design, and your questions. Third, a quick call with HR for feedback and offer presentation. They provide constant feedback, and in general everyone is very kind.

I was contacted by a recruiter for a Senior Java Developer role at eDreams. The entire interview process was online. First, I spoke with the recruiter who told me about the job and learned about my background. Then, I took a 1-hour online test with two algorithm-focused exercises, not heavily on Java specifics. Next, I had a technical interview with an eDreams employee. We discussed my past work, I got more details about the role and company structure, and then I had to design a data model for a given problem within 20 minutes, followed by a discussion of my solution. The last step was an interview with HR about procedural matters and my life goals. They eventually offered me the Java Developer position. The whole thing took two months, but could have been quicker if needed. I interviewed in June 2016.

First, I had a recruiter call where they asked some screening questions. Then, I did a live coding interview that was about 1h30min long. I had to work on a mock project, explain the code, and fix it. After that, I just got ghosted.
