The first stage is with HR, where you discuss your experience, what you know about the company, and why you're looking for a change, etc. They also explain more about the position and the needs of the role. The next stage is a skills test; it's not difficult but you need to be quick.

The whole thing took about a month. I applied on LinkedIn and they hit me up for an online assessment that was basically like the job itself (figuring out conversion funnels). After that, I had a Skype chat with HR and then two in-person interviews with my potential manager and the department director. They said I'd hear back in two weeks after the third interview, but I never did, not even after I emailed the HR person who handled everything.

Behavioral Case

First, there was an online interview with HR, covering the job description and some typical HR questions. Then, after two weeks, I had an online interview with the managers. They asked me to explain my previous experience, provided a more detailed job description, and discussed the day-to-day aspects of the role. I also had to complete a Business Case in Excel. They sent me an Excel file during the interview, which I had to open and share my screen to solve some questions. These weren't too difficult if you have prior data analytics experience. Finally, HR scheduled a video call for the next day to extend an offer. They explained the positive feedback and made the job offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The HR person was lovely, and the managers were intelligent and very friendly. I felt very comfortable during the interviews.
