It was a good interview process. They were punctual and didn't rush the meeting. I had flexibility in choosing interview times. The video call was clear, and they provided contact information for follow-up.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was disappointing. It started with a screening call, then a long 4-hour interview where I had to present my portfolio and talk about myself. They also asked for references. After that, they didn't respond for two weeks, so I had to chase them. They sent a confusing email saying they were impressed but decided not to move forward. A simple email would have been better than wasting my time and leaving me hanging. I wouldn't apply again.

After I sent in my application via email, I had one interview over Skype. The interviewer gave me the wrong date initially, but she was really nice about it afterward and apologized. The interview was about 20-25 minutes and focused more on how I'd handle classroom disruptions, like students acting out or causing trouble, rather than on my teaching experience or methods. She even put her hand on her face for a bit, which was a bit funny, maybe I was boring her, lol. Anyway, besides that, it seemed to go okay, and she said I should hear back by the end of the day, but that was a week ago.

I had a phone interview that was pretty quick, about 30-40 minutes, and it felt more like a casual chat. We talked about my high school experiences and how I could use that to help enroll students. After that, I interviewed with the enrollment team, which also felt pretty relaxed. I mainly shared my customer service background.
