The process was really fast and professional. It started with a phone screen and then an in-person interview. If you make it to the final stage, you might have another call with a top executive. Compared to other places I've interviewed, this whole thing moves quickly. Be ready for a presentation during the interview. Also, you'll need to give them a list of references who are willing to spend about 15 minutes filling out a survey about you. This includes several managers, customers, and coworkers. This reference check is the part that could cause delays.

Behavioral Presentation

So after you apply online, they'll chat with you about your digital advertising knowledge. Then, you'll hop on a phone call with a Regional Director. After that, it's an in-person chat with the Regional Director, then a phone call with an Associate Regional Director, and finally, a phone call with an Executive Director. Lately, they've been swapping out one of those phone calls for a panel interview as the last step. Make sure you do your homework on the area they're hiring in and know your dealers and competitors inside out. Also, come with a solid plan for how you'll grow your market. The interview location can change; they might fly you to a main office or it could be right there in Santa Monica.

Behavioral Technical Other

I saw the job posting on LinkedIn and got in touch with the recruiter. They responded really fast, first setting up a phone interview, then a Skype interview. After passing both of those, I had to go through a long background check, provide references, and take a personality test. Everything moved along pretty quickly.
