It started with a phone call where they asked me about my CV and previous experience. Then, I took an online test that was pretty fun, with questions about personal traits and values. It took about 30 minutes. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the director of finance, along with 11 other candidates. This interview was more detailed, focusing on job-related scenarios and how I'd use my past experience. I didn't get called for the next stage, where only 3 people were selected. It was a good experience overall, though I'm a bit disappointed about not progressing, which might be due to my lack of experience in the travel industry.

Behavioral Presentation

Since it was a brand new opening, it was quite a process. After filling out an application online, we were invited to a big soiree. There, we all signed up for interview slots. I think I ended up interviewing 2 or 3 times and met with about four different managers, supervisors, and directors, which was a bit bizarre. In my very last interview, the gentleman said he was going to get my onboarding paperwork. When he arrived, he said no one else needed to see me and they'd be in touch. Then, a few weeks later, I got a letter saying they were going in a different direction, which was odd.

3 colloqui.

You apply and they look at your resume. They don’t require any experience in the hotel industry. If they’re interested they will call and schedule an interview with the front desk manager. They ask questions where you basically have to describe a specific event relating to the interview question.
