It was a phone call, and then two in-person interviews. I met with dev team members and we talked about my personal and professional goals. They also did a technical interview in the second round.

The hiring process is really slow. The job market moves fast, and people need jobs quickly, especially after being laid off. No one has time to waste. The recruiter wanted to fill the position within 3-4 weeks after our phone interview, which is just too long to wait around. I've got bills and expenses to pay, so I ended up accepting another offer a few days later. They seem to be searching too hard for a perfect candidate, which can lead to unrealistic expectations and disappointment. The recruiter mentioned they've been looking for someone for a while. They also wanted a BA who could handle some PM duties, which isn't ideal because BA and PM responsibilities should be separate.

The interview was mostly over the phone. They seemed really eager to hire, as the questions weren't too tough. After the phone chat, I went to their main office to meet the manager. It was pretty straightforward, much easier than other interviews I've had.

I went through three separate interviews, talking with both the OA and the broker. It was a really professional and great environment. Honestly, it was one of the best interview processes I've been through, and that was quite a while ago now.
