First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edgile.
Cybersecurity Consultant
The whole process stretched from October to May. I first met a recruiter at a career fair. Then I had interviews in November and late January. I didn't hear back until early May and found out I was rejected. I sent a few follow-ups about the timeline and if they were still interested, but mostly got no response. They told me in November I'd hear back in two weeks about a second interview, but I didn't get a response until early January.

Cyber Security Analyst
So, I had three rounds of interviews for this Cyber Security Analyst role. The first interview was a behavioral one, and it happened the day after the career fair. The next two interviews were technical.

Associate Consultant
We had a three round interview process. The first two rounds involved going over your resume and past experiences, with some technical questions mixed in. The final round was with a partner, and they asked behavioral questions focused on getting to know you better.
- Can you explain why you chose the specific technologies for your past projects?
Consultant
So, the interview process involved a recruitment dinner, followed by a resume and tech round. Then, they totally ghosted me, and my colleagues too, so maybe they're still working on it and I might still have a chance for an offer, who knows? The dinner was great though.
- What do you do in your spare time?
- What are your hobbies?
