HR Recruitment Assistant
The interview was quite detailed, but everyone I spoke with was pleasant and asked relevant questions about my skills for the job. It all went pretty smoothly and was easy to figure out.
- What's your approach when faced with numerous tasks and impending deadlines?
Analyst
It was a 30 minute interview with a mix of behavioral questions about teamwork and time management, and technical questions about project experience and the languages you used. There were two interviewers: one HR and one analyst. Good luck everyone!
- Can you tell me about any previous teamwork experience you've had?
- Did you have any teamwork experience in the past?
- Have you had any teamwork experience before?
Economic Consultant
The interview process was great and HR coordination was top-notch. After applying in early October, I got a response in November for a 30-minute phone screen. It included behavioral questions first, then technical questions from an economic consultant. After that, I was flown to DC for a 3-hour superday. This involved several 30-minute interviews with more senior firm members who asked typical behavioral and technical questions, plus a 1-hour case interview. The firm provided a 4-star hotel with a suite and covered all travel costs, which was very generous. I'm still waiting to hear back, but overall, I liked the recruitment experience.
- Can you explain what a regression is in easy terms?
Billing Coordinator
Its a long process, you meet with more than 6 people. The communication process is really weird in this day and time. I believe they have people come in to see what they need and take pieces of your resume to build the position they need, however not with you in the position.
- Can you tell me why you are looking for a new opportunity and specifically why you are interested in Edgeworth?
