The interview process was long and took forever to schedule. I felt like I was bothering them with how persistent I had to be. When I finally got an offer, it was actually lower than the salary range they advertised. Such a waste of my time.

It's a really thorough process. They tend to promote from within. The staff is super diverse, all united by a dedication to quality. You gotta bring your A game. It might be tougher than getting into Harvard, but if you make it and kill it, there's a solid path to move up. Minorities and women are totally welcome. Just gotta be qualified!

The interview process spanned 6 weeks. It began with a recruiter call. Then came a technical challenge focused on WordPress and PHP, where the specifications weren't super clear initially. I did the challenge, but they wanted it redone without using existing plugins, which didn't make much sense technically. So, I rebuilt it by creating custom PHP plugins instead of using standard ones, which took about a week on and off. After waiting and following up for 4 weeks, and getting good vibes from the first interviewer, I had a follow-up interview with two C-level employees. That interview went okay, but they didn't really know much about web development. For the third interview, they had their IT MSP provider involved because the C-levels couldn't really 'talk tech.' This interview was with 3 IT engineers who admitted they didn't know much about development. They asked basic questions like what IDE, OS, package manager, and version control I use, and how I'd handle moving code to production or database issues. It was a really unprofessional and negative experience.
