First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edgewater Federal Solutions.
HR Business Partner
I applied online and then a recruiter spoke with me. After that call, I had a panel interview about 1.5 to 2 weeks later. It was all enjoyable, but I didn't hear anything back after my interview. Funny thing is, the recruiter who screened me, who had said they wouldn't ghost candidates and would give updates, ended up doing just that. I interviewed in February and heard nothing. I emailed a month later and still nothing. Now it's been another month since I asked for feedback, and it's been 2 months since the interview with zero communication. The job's been posted again. I get not getting the job, but I'd really appreciate some feedback.
- They asked a couple of behavioral questions and inquired about my background; it was a pretty standard interview.
Business Analyst
The interview process was fair and went into detail. I had a chance to present myself well and I think that's the most important thing in an interview. Everyone was very interested in what I could bring to the company and the interview mostly focused on how best I could contribute. Pretty straightforward.
- How do you handle communication and task management when working in a team?
HR Generalist
I had a phone interview with Edgewater Federal Solutions which went well. The recruiting assistant said I'd hear back in about a week, but it's been weeks and the job is still posted.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
