Data Administrator
The interview was about 30 minutes, mostly going over my CV and asking questions like why I like working with data. They also briefly explained the job role and asked if I understood it, mentioning that I'm not expected to know everything right away. I felt like I wasn't a likeable candidate due to some stern looks, and I didn't feel very welcomed. I traveled from outside of Reading for this. An email with the outcome would have been appreciated so I could move on with my job search. I asked when I would hear back, expecting an email within a week, but I never received one. I understand interviewers are busy, but candidates put in effort and should be treated with care.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Program Manager
Started with a recruiter and hiring manager screen call. Then had a few more interviews with the hiring manager, VP of the department, and a team member, all via video conference. This all happened within a few days. The recruiter and hiring manager were super quick and responsive; the whole process from the first interview to the offer took less than a week. It was a good fit and I liked that they were clear on what they needed and moved fast.
- Can you describe your experience managing clients and stakeholders?
- Have you worked in ecommerce before?
Account Director
The process was managed by a third-party recruiter. The hiring managers were very professional. They don't usually hire in this region, but they hired based on potential and personality over skills. This approach helps ensure candidates can handle the company's focus on growth and developing processes.
- Can you share how you increased sales within your current accounts?
Executive Assistant
The interview process was pleasant and efficient, with interviews involving 3 people. I received an answer quickly. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes, and everyone was friendly. It was one of the better interview experiences I've had.
- Can you share your reasons for leaving your current position?
