I applied online, and about two weeks after the closing date, I heard back about an interview. Then, it took another two weeks after that interview to get the outcome, which was about a week's wait in total.

Applied via the website. Had a pre-interview via the website where I had to answer questions on video. Then a call with HR (second filter). Received an email with the date, time, and location of the interview. Interviewed with the manager. Received an email afterward stating whether it was favorable or not.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through the interview process for a Commercial Manager position at EDF. The interview itself was about an hour long and I met with the Senior Commercial Manager and the Commercial Director. Things went really well and about two weeks later, I got a verbal offer which I accepted. They said a formal offer letter would come later. I had already told them upfront that I needed Skilled Worker sponsorship, and they said they would sponsor me if I paid for the NHS surcharge and visa costs, which I agreed to. But then, a week after accepting, they suddenly rescinded the offer, claiming they couldn't provide sponsorship anymore. They didn't give a clear reason and stopped responding to my follow-ups. This sudden change after confirming sponsorship was pretty unprofessional and disappointing, especially coming from a big company like EDF. It really makes you wonder about their internal communication and how they handle candidates.
