After I sent in my application online, I got an Arctic Shore test a few days later. Then, a few days after that, I had an online interview where I was asked four or five questions, and I had all the time I needed to get ready for each one and record my answers.

I applied online and then got an email for a phone interview. It was pretty basic, not super technical. The person interviewing me was nice. After about two weeks, I was invited to an assessment day. We did some group activities and discussions, and then had one-on-one interviews. The interviews were technical, mostly about nuclear energy.

I applied online and then did some online tests and an assessment centre. The first day of the centre involved group activities, which were pretty chill and not too hard. I think as long as you contribute something sensible, you'll pass this part. There was also an aptitude test. On the second day, which half the people got through to, there was a technical interview. It started with general questions about nuclear reactors and then got more specific, but didn't need much prior knowledge.
