The interview process involved online tests, including situational judgment and numerical tests. This was followed by a pre-recorded interview, where I had to answer several questions within a strict time limit, with only two minutes to prepare for each. The final stage was a face-to-face interview via Microsoft Teams. I'm still waiting to hear back about the placement.

The entire interview process took about three weeks and they were very communicative via Zoom. It started with a 30-minute phone call to discuss the company, team, and my interests. Then, I had three other 30-minute interviews with the rest of the team members. These interviews focused on the specifics of the job, the day-to-day tasks, and the long-term goals for the position. I was informed about receiving the position within 5 days of my last interview. Overall, it was a very straightforward process and I enjoyed talking with everyone!

I had a first phone interview that went really well, and they said I was the first person they called back after reviewing my resume. I got a call from HR less than 24 hours later to schedule a second interview, which was a video call. Both times I got asked over 10 extensive questions, which surprised me since it was just an internship. The job description said they'd teach coding, but the second interviewer mentioned they're looking for a coder, even though he admitted he didn't even read the job description. He also made a comment about where I live, saying he considered buying a house there but it was too pricey, which made me uncomfortable and I hope my location didn't influence his hiring decision. I have a lot of education experience as a master's student. Things went south after the second interview. I sent a thank you email the next day. A week passed, so I emailed one of the interviewers asking if the job was still open because I'm really interested. No reply. A few days later, I asked HR the same question. Still no reply. You'd think a big company like this would at least send an email saying the position is filled and thanks for applying. Super disappointed because I had high hopes for this company and was really excited about the chance to work in the renewable energy sector in the future.
