The interview process for Daily Optimization Engineer - DOAAT had 5/6 stages: first, a recruiter call; then, a motivations meeting with HR (30 min/1h); next, a presentation of the business by N+1 managers (1h/1h30); followed by a motivations meeting with HR and N+2 manager (1h30); and a technical interview with N+1 managers (2h). I never heard back after step 4, despite being told I'd get a response within a week. Multiple follow-ups (calls, emails) to different people never got a response. Black-listing?
