Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a 4-hour interview process: First, an interview with two people, conducted solely in French. Then, a listening exercise with an employee where I had to take notes and then debrief my observations to both the employee and the team lead. After that, I had a simulated phone call by myself, acting as a travel agent, where I had to propose the best travel package. Finally, there was a math test.

Got an email with timed tests. Had a short, casual phone chat. Did a spelling test and a numeracy test. Then a quick interview about my previous jobs and training. They also asked for my up-to-date CV and contact info.

The interview process started with an assessment test, then I had to follow a script of questions. They also gave me information about benefits and salary. I was asked about working conditions during high winds and extreme hot and cold weather. The whole interview was pretty straightforward and casual.
