The interview process with EDENS was great. It began with a screening interview with two associates. Then there was another interview, followed by an invitation to the superday. There were interesting questions and property tours, and it was a really good experience overall.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was an initial interview, and then a second 'super day' which was mostly behavioral questions about why I was interested in real estate. Everything was done online.

The interview process was really long and felt like a chore. I had to meet with a lot of different people, and some of them didn't seem to really grasp the job I was applying for. After all the interviews, I had to wait about two months for them to make a decision.

I met with a lot of different people over three weeks. Everyone was really nice and smart. The interviews felt more like chats where I shared my past work experiences rather than like a test or a list of questions. It made me want the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • It was a very conversational interview. I honestly can't recall a single job-related question that stood out. It was really more about getting to know my background, what I care about in my work, and understanding if it would be a good fit. I wasn't sure if I wanted the job at first, but after meeting my Managing Director and the various people at EDENS, I realized this is a place I wanted to work.
