First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eden Workplace.
Customer Service Advisor
The interview was relaxed, informal, and engaging. It was with the supervisor who was very calm and engaging. We had a walk around in the store to show the product and explain how a typical day looks like working at the store.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Mamas and Papas?
Account Executive
The recruiter was super personable, honest, and clear about what they were looking for. I really liked how polite and considerate they were, it showed great professionalism. The interview felt more like a genuine conversation, not just a checklist. I appreciated the human-level discussion rather than just going through my experience bullet points. I think this approach fits well with Eden Workplace's SaaS product.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your quota and performance?
- Could you share details about your quota and how you performed against it?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was good and smooth, with everything explained beforehand. It didn't feel like a waste of time. It seems like a place with good work ethics and values, definitely worth interviewing with. They also mentioned the possibility of remote work.
- Can you describe how you handle stressful situations?
