the interview process was long and challenging, but the hiring manager was really approachable and friendly. we chatted about some funny work-related stories, and I got a good sense of what the day-to-day work involves.

They got in touch quickly for the interview and I could pick the day and time. Even though my English isn't advanced, they let me do it in Spanish. But then, I never heard back or got any response.

Behavioral Technical

So basically the interview process is usually about two to three rounds. The first round is like a standard interview where they ask you stuff to see if you have the skills and experience and if you'd be a good fit. Mostly behavioral questions to see how you've handled things before, like teamwork, problems, conflicts, and leading stuff. They wanna know how you might do in similar situations here.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process felt easy and pretty straightforward. The hiring team was punctual and seemed to value my time. They were also responsive in letting me know about the next steps and providing feedback. The company culture appears positive and sets achievable goals. They inquired about my salary expectations during the initial interview, but then attempted to lower them by 20% in the third round. I wasn't pleased when they said they liked me, only to later try and negotiate down my salary. I also found the VP title to be a bit of a misnomer, as the salary offered was more in line with a manager role. My suggestion to them would be to be more upfront with job titles and be clear about salary expectations from the start, rather than trying to negotiate with applicants late in the process.
