Especialista Em Compras
It was a quick interview with details about the role and how it's run. They gave feedback about the progress and tips for how to behave in the stages. The salary offered was below market value and they expected more from candidates. They found me through LinkedIn.
- Is this a temporary 8-month position?
Security Information Analyst
I was interviewed by a panel of relevant staff, along with neutral staff members. The interview was well-planned, starting with a written skills test, followed by the interview. The questions were asked and recorded professionally, and the panel provided clear guidance on what they were looking for in the answers.
- Questions about analyzing databases were asked.
- Questions about the development of reporting modules were asked.
Engineer
It was online and put together pretty quickly. It felt like a standard interview process. They asked me why I was interested in the position, what I could bring to the company, and some typical behavioral questions using the STAR method. The whole thing was very fast. All in all, it was a good experience, nothing tricky.
- Can you tell me about a time you dealt with conflict during a project?
Senior Product Manager
Standard multiple rounds of remote interviews from different departs: HR, direct supervisor and team members. Whole process took a month to complete. Background check was brief. Onboarding took another 2 weeks
