Denials Specialist
I applied 5 weeks ago and then got a call from HR to schedule a Teams interview with the Director. The Director asked me a bunch of claims-related questions, and it felt pretty conversational. I thought it went well, but then I got a generic rejection email about two weeks later from an HR person I hadn't even talked to. Despite my decade of healthcare experience, bachelor's degree, and direct denial experience in Epic, I was rejected. I suspect it was due to race, as a quick LinkedIn check of the Director suggests a preference for people who look like her. It was a disappointing experience.

Insurance Specialist
The interview process was pretty quick, they contacted me by phone to speak briefly and schedule interview. Interview was completed within about one week. The experience went well. Interview took about 30 min.

ETL Data Developer
I was contacted by the company's recruiter via email and skipped the initial recruiter call. They directly scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The manager asked basic questions about the tools I use and my current role, and mentioned I had the skills they were looking for. He also mentioned I was the first candidate interviewed for this position and that I should expect a response about the next round within a month. Unfortunately, there was no further communication from the manager or recruiter. Despite multiple emails, I received no response. The application status on their job portal was also uninformative, and eventually, it updated to 'Not selected' without any prior notification. I only found out I wasn't selected when I checked the portal.

PMO Director
The interview process was unnecessarily long. After initial contact in mid-December, I had an in-person interview on January 25, 2015. The hiring manager, a VP of IT, set up two interview groups: one with 'worker bees' and another with managers. I had to give a 30-minute presentation on my project management experiences to the first group, which went well. However, most of the managers from the second interview group were no-shows, with only three attending. During my presentation, the hiring manager was unprofessional and rude, reading and replying to emails. My overall impression was disorganization. I'm glad I didn't get an offer, as I might have accepted and then been miserable.
