First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, they set up an in-person interview. During that, I got a tour of the warehouse and met the managers for the department I was applying to.

Behavioral Other

It was a super easy process. After the first interview, I had to complete an online CSR assessment. I never heard back from them about it, so I don't know if they got it.

Behavioral Presentation

I was excited to see this job opening, as I’m very passionate about the automotive industry and what I can bring to the table. It started with a phone screening. Then, I had a virtual interview. They moved me onto the next phase to meet the rest of the team / panel interview at HQ. I was told my qualifications were impressive and that I would hear back once the team made a decision. I followed up in between phases. I followed up after the panel interview, then one last time. All I got were crickets. Very unprofessional to drag someone along, make them drive out to HQ, waste 3 hours, say you’ll be in touch but end up ghosting them. I won’t interview for this company again. Very disappointed.

Behavioral Technical

Got a referral and then the recruiter reached out, had a good talk and then scheduled a call with the CTO. Things went well so we set up an in person meeting with the CEO, CTO, CMO, and designer. I was there for 5 hours of interviews and when I left they said I'd hear back soon. I sent thank you emails the next day and they replied saying they'd be in touch. Then I didn't hear anything for over a month. Eventually I got an email saying not to lose hope, they were going through changes and had more interviews, and would be in touch soon. After several more weeks of silence, I reached out for feedback or an update and was told they were "going a different direction". It would have been nice to get some feedback after spending so much time and being told to hang in there, but even a simple no would have been better. It seemed unprofessional, and I doubt they would have liked it if the roles were reversed. It worked out for the best though, as I got a better job with a more professional company.
