The process was easy and welcoming. It was easy to understand and follow. I wasn't selected because there were too many jobs and it didn't offer good work-life balance. I'd consider applying again. The pay offer was about average for the area.

The interview had two rounds. First, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone to discuss the role and my interest. I said I was interested, and the hiring manager told me I'd meet them and the director of faculty development for faculty training basics and an informal chat. But, the Zoom call ended up being a second interview, which was fine, and I prepared. The hiring manager's initial conversation was a bit misleading about what the second round would be like.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, had a phone chat with them. Emailed resume but then had to upload it on their icims site and re-enter all my resume info. Had to list 3 professional references and 1 personal one with permissions. Then, a 10-min online behavior test. After that, my info went to the hiring manager. If they liked it, a second interview was set up. Took about 2-3 weeks overall.

I applied online and then got a call for a quick phone interview. The next week, I had a face-to-face interview with the director of admissions and another advisor. The first interview was serious and direct. The second one was more casual and less organized, it seemed like the interviewer was busy with her computer. After the interviews, they said they'd talk and let me know if I was a good fit for another interview. They also mentioned they'd call to offer the job or say they went with someone else. But, the second interview didn't happen, and I never got a follow-up call.
