So, the interview process was pretty thorough, with four rounds total. It kicked off with a chat with HR, then a technical test, followed by a culture discussion with the Manager, and wrapped up with a final meeting with the VP of Engineering.

The interview process has 3 levels. The first level is with the hiring manager. If you pass that, you'll go through technical questions. Even though they mentioned that skills might not be up to par but you can still get accepted based on the interviewer, it really depends. My friend had easier and less technical questions than I did. The last round is with management and HR.
