Behavioral Case

The hiring journey typically involves these phases: an initial HR chat, a one-hour case study to tackle, then an interview with the team leader or manager, and finally, a job offer is extended. The whole process was conducted in English, which made sense given the diverse, international team. It was a positive experience overall; the people I spoke with online were really nice and paid attention to my background, showing genuine interest in my application.

I applied and reached out to the company and then waited for a reply. EcoVadis got back to me with an interview proposal. It was really short, so I figured it was a screening process before moving on to the next steps, which were a test and a 1:1 interview.

The interview process had 4 stages. The HR person was really good with people skills and flexible with scheduling tests and interviews. First, there was an IQ test that took 40 minutes and had 40 multiple-choice questions. Next, a basic language test with 3 general interview questions. After that, a case study specific to the role, which was less intense than a BCG case study, taking about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Finally, there was a last interview. You had to pass each step to move on.
