In total, there were four interviews. The first interview was with HR, a brief introduction and overview of my resume and why I might be a good fit for EcoVadis. For the second interview with colleagues from the department, I was asked to prepare a presentation. I received a PDF with information beforehand for this. The third interview was with the director, and the fourth was with a direct team colleague. Overall, the entire application process was managed very clearly and structured. I really liked that HR provided feedback shortly after the interviews with information about the next steps and with proposed dates. The overall interaction was very appreciative and friendly.

Applied mid-July, but first contact wasn't until the end of August. The process started with a telephone call with HR, then a face-to-face with a colleague, followed a week later by a video call with the potential manager (early morning due to time difference). They also sent an IQ test and asked for references after the first two interviews. A week after that, there was a video interview with the manager's manager (late evening due to time difference). The whole thing took just over 3 weeks from the initial HR call. The decision-making was quick, but strangely, the job listing vanished after the third interview, and a junior role was advertised. About 1.5 weeks after the final interview and a few follow-ups, I was told they decided to split the Senior CSM role into two junior CSM positions. Overall, a neutral impression. Aside from not getting the job, everyone seemed motivated and pleasant. On the plus side, everyone was polite, and the process was interesting and quick once it got going, though ultimately pointless. I even had a pleasant experience being turned down. On the downside, ending up with this decision after nearly 3 months is irritating.

It was a 4 part process. First was an initial screening call with HR where they were super informative and clearly laid out the process and timelines. Then, a 60 min interview with the head of CSM for Europe. This was casual and informative, focusing on why I was interested in applying, the CSM role itself, and the team structure. After that, I had a 60min interview with the Head of CS UK, which included a 15min presentation from me about the EcoVadis Implementation process. Finally, there was a 30min culture interview with HR in Paris, who managed expectations well and was very helpful in understanding potential benefits and next steps. I heard back about 2 weeks after the final interview.
