The interview process spanned two months and was quite transparent. The team was great, very friendly and supportive. It started with a screening call with HR, then I had to give a presentation to a Senior Account Manager, and finally met with the Hiring Manager and one of her colleagues. I always knew what was coming next and what was expected, which made it my best interview experience ever.

The interview process started with discussing my current salary and expectations. This was followed by 5 interviews, which included a case study presentation. Although I received an offer, it was 18% lower than my current salary, which they thought I might accept. I was open to negotiation but not for a pay decrease, especially not below my stated expectations.
