It's a pretty standard interview process, focusing on your skills and experience, with some details about the day-to-day tasks. It might change a bit depending on the location, and they are flexible with working hours. Overall, it's not too tough, but definitely do your homework on the magazine beforehand. It would be even better if you're already a subscriber.

The initial phone interview felt like a standard HR screening you'd read about in books or see on company websites. The interviewer asked questions but didn't seem to engage with the answers, appearing quite disinterested. I even finished explaining a successful campaign that brought in 3 new clients, only for the HR person to ask if it was successful. I'm not sure if I'll even make it to the next round after that.

I went through 3 interview rounds with HR, my direct reporting manager, and the head of the department. Everything went smoothly in a very traditional interview format. They seemed nice during the interviews, and it turned out they were good people to work with. You just need to be confident and sure of what you're saying, and maybe offer some fresh ideas when they ask questions.
