The recruiter was super nice and mentioned the hiring managers were really impressed with my portfolio and eager to chat. They promised to set up interviews ASAP and send the details via LinkedIn. They added me on LinkedIn, but then totally ghosted me. I followed up twice and heard nothing back. Super unprofessional experience.

The team members were really nice and friendly, making it a super positive experience overall. They were quick with communication between stages, which was great. However, sometimes it was hard to find a flexible time for the interviews.

After applying, I answered some questions by email and then had a quick call with HR. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. At the end of that interview, she mentioned HR would send an editing test. I never heard from HR, so I followed up a few days later. They said the test would come within a week. I never heard anything back.
- Can you share a time you dealt with a challenging client?
