I had 2 in-person interview rounds and also did a technical mini test. The mini test involved getting a script about current news and making a short animation or storyboards from it.

So for the interview, it's like a few steps. First, we do an initial screening, then a phone interview. After that, there's a technical or skills test. Then we move to an in-person or virtual interview, followed by a panel interview, and finally, a chat with senior management and a review.
- What's the main news story in the papers right now?

So I had two rounds for this. First I talked to a journalist and an HR coordinator. Then I talked to the same journalist again and an editor. We did it over Zoom, and it felt pretty conversational.
