So, first I had an interview with HR, then there was a test, and finally, a one-hour interview with two senior folks. It was a really technical interview, asking about macroeconomics and stuff specific to the region. It started easy enough but got pretty tough towards the end.

Behavioral Technical

Had a 3 stage interview process. Started with a screening call with HR, which was very basic and didn't include any job-specific questions. Then, there was an experience interview with a senior team member where they asked about my past and some basic economic theory. Finally, a theoretical interview with the hiring manager that evolved into a casual discussion about current events and my perspectives on them.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain basic macroeconomic theory?

Case Behavioral Technical

Got contacted by HR about a week after applying. Had to do a case study first, which I passed. After that, they set up meetings with a consultant, senior associate, and an associate. Mostly behavioral questions, but I also had to elaborate on the case study and answer some technical questions. The interview lasted about an hour. Unfortunately, HR went silent after that. I followed up a week later, then two weeks later, and then a month later, but never got a response.
