The hiring process was really slow; I didn't get an interview for two weeks after applying. After the interview, I heard nothing for weeks, even when I reached out to check on my application status.

The process was very brief, simple, and to the point. It was fast and modern. Everything was easy to understand with simple and brief questions. The recruiter was straightforward and offered the advantage of choosing from several time slots. They asked what I'm looking for in a job and what I expect from the position, and of course, I see a lot of growth potential.

It was a 20 minute call to go over my background, my status in the states, where I'm located, and my salary expectations. The recruiter asked me stuff that was in the job description. It felt like they were the only ones asking questions, but they did ask if I had any questions for them.

The interview process had 3 steps: a phone call and then two in-person meetings. The first two steps were pretty standard interviews. The third step involved joining me on a phone call with a potential client. I met with three people, they asked similar interview questions, and we discussed the offer if they decided to extend one. The people were great, the atmosphere was nice, but the base salary was too low for my experience and they were not flexible on negotiating it.
