I applied online and then had an interview. Right after the interview, I did a psych test. A month went by and then I got an offer, but they didn't say what the salary was. There were three people interviewing me, two women and one man. For the English part, the female teacher asked questions, and the two professional teachers watched my teaching demo.

I interviewed in Shanghai. The process involved a 5-minute presentation of my research, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. It wasn't the most engaging atmosphere, but it was acceptable. There wasn't much of a back-and-forth on ideas.

after getting an interview invite and picking a time, about 10 of us had to wait in a meeting room until called one by one. The interview was 10 minutes long, with two teachers and a current worker, and wasn't too tough. They were nice.

We start by you submitting your CV and publications. These are then sent to three experts for their review. If you get at least two positive recommendations from them, you can then proceed to the face-to-face interview. This will be followed by a 10-minute presentation, after which you'll face questions from 8 professors. Finally, you'll need to prepare a research plan.
