Behavioral

I wouldn't do this again. They called, knowing I had the skillset and even lied saying that I would be set up for an interview... nothing... ghosted!! I had to reach out to ANOTHER recruiter to check on my status. Posted the role as remote only to collect candidate pool... then turned around and REPOSTED the job as a non remote role... just say that in the beginning!!
