The HR team seemed disorganized and inefficient, leading to confusion about interview processes. It felt like they were not upfront about the job description. There was a lack of proper top management, with the director having a very authoritarian style. The company doesn't adhere to standard notice periods and lacks the typical work culture found in MNCs, feeling more like a family business. They don't seem to value talented individuals, instead promoting those who are overly flattering.

Technical Behavioral

It was a really nice process, with 2 rounds in total, not counting the HR screening and the final result which took a few weeks. They wanted to see how much I knew about healthcare technology, health IT, or project management specifically. Also tested my skills in time management, using time trackers, working with US clients, and my flexibility with night shifts, while confirming that Sundays and Saturdays are always off.
