I was referred by an employment agency and then scheduled for an interview. An HR person called me into a cabin and asked about my previous experience and for an introduction. They haven't provided any feedback yet, which is a shame because communication between HR and the internal organization seems poor.

So, they kicked things off with a great placement talk, clearing up all doubts. Before that talk, we had an aptitude test, which was pretty standard, something most IT folks could handle. After lunch, the HR rounds began, mainly for introductions and checking communication skills. Then, our resumes went to the Technical HRs who asked some basic, but important, technical questions.

I went through the hiring process for Eclinical Works. The recruitment team seemed immature. They first gave us a technical test. Then, without sharing the results, they proceeded with a group discussion (GD) conducted poorly. They were gossiping and laughing while we discussed topics, which was distracting. Out of 26-27 GD participants, they only shortlisted two candidates randomly. Since the technical test results weren't shared, there's no certainty those two passed. Eclinical Works really needs to improve its HR team.
