At e-clinical works, TAM roles only have night shifts. The pay isn't great. I had to wait like 2 hours for the first intro round. They didn't explain the job details well. Only night shift is an option. They seem to be hiring fast, so they'll probably hire you regardless of your time.

I initially connected with a recruiter at a university career fair, who then invited me to a company open house the next afternoon. This open house had about 20 other people, mostly students about to graduate. We got a tour of the office and then went through a "speed-dating" style interview. I talked with 4 different people for about 20 minutes each, but there was quite a bit of waiting between interviews because there weren't many interviewers. The whole thing took about 4 hours. They said I'd hear back by Friday, but I actually had another phone interview with a team lead on Friday. Then, on Tuesday, I got a call with an offer, and the contract came the following Friday. The whole process was really fast. The recruiters and staff were very friendly and nice. It was a good experience, and I'd recommend interviewing here if you get the chance.

The interview process was conducted through a consultancy and involved a total of 2 rounds. The first round was an HR screening, followed by a Technical round. If shortlisted after the technical round, there was a Personal Interview (PI). The Technical round is crucial to pass, requiring a solid understanding of the fundamentals. Be prepared for long waits between interview stages, and good communication skills are essential.
