Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at eClinical Solutions.
Associate Software Engineer
The interview experience was great. They welcomed us for the test, offered us lunch and beverages from the cafeteria, Great Team. The employers were so welcoming and so gracious. They were very much professional and freindly at the same time.
- Some technical questions were included.
- Some very tough HR questions were asked.
Principal Software Engineer
First, I had a phone call with a director. After that, there was a 2-hour computer-based test using Woven with three different test scenarios. The browser test environment was not a typical development environment and had many limitations. This felt like a poor way to assess a developer's knowledge of the domain. I did not get to speak with any peers on the development team. If I didn't pass the test, there was no next round.
- In Angular, how would you show a user if their account was possibly compromised?
- Using C#, do some calculations with data and money to create an invoice.
- Modify a database schema to support some requested changes.
Software Engineer
Applied through college and based on the resume people were shortlisted and first round was a technical o where questions were based on what’s in our resume round and there was an hr round after that.
- Can you explain your projects?
- What are some basic SQL queries you know?
