Data Analyst
First, they'll look at your CV and cover letter to see if you've got the skills, education, and experience they're looking for. If needed, you might have to do some online tests, like for numerical reasoning, logical reasoning, or basic programming. Then, there's an interview with HR or the recruiter where they'll ask about your background, what motivates you, and your soft skills. For a Data Analyst role, the next interview or case study might cover SQL, Excel, Python, or general data analysis ideas, maybe some problem-solving tasks or small case studies, and sometimes you'll have to interpret sample datasets. Finally, you'll have a last interview with a manager or team lead.

Frontend Developer
I applied for a Frontend Developer role and had a pretty bad hiring experience. It started with David from HR, and even though I was moving countries that day, I still made our interview. David said he was sick, which I get, but he kept saying he was sick and couldn't reply for the next few stages, which felt a bit off after a while. After the HR chat, they said they'd set up a technical interview in a few days. We did that. But then, three weeks later, I got a message like we'd never talked. I corrected them, and they asked if I'd consider a different role on another team. It was all very messy and slow. They then invited me for an on-site interview but didn't tell me the new role details even though I asked. The interview went fine, and they said I'd hear back in two days, but the decision got pushed back again. After another technical interview, I got no update at all. I had to chase them to find out I was rejected. Even after four interviews, I got zero feedback. They promised calls for feedback multiple times but never called. No feedback, written or spoken. It was one of the worst hiring processes I've been through. They waste so much candidate time but can't even give basic courtesy like a proper response or feedback. Seriously, think twice before applying.

Business Development Representative
It went about as good as you can expect for any job in this market. I was told to expect to have at least three rounds but maybe more if I didn’t ghost them after the second round that makes 4-5 interview rounds total. I’m not entirely used to a SDR / BDR role so maybe it’s just me but I lost all seriousness and they lost all credibility when they asked me to sell them a pen in the interview I almost started laughing, my guy I am not Jordan belfort. They expect a minimum of 70 calls per day “good reps do 90-100”, 1400 per month and 8 appointments scheduled per month for a BDR. From the good and great salesman I know, they do not engage in a lot of cold calls inside relys on marketing and outside is heavily compensated for the difficulty of their job. This has 45k base salary + commission OTE is 85k, I have a feeling most reps don’t get that I could be wrong though. They also said for the next interview I would have to reach out to the interviewer and pitch why I should get and interview… why do I deserve it? Why should I move forward? I get the utilizing sales skills aspect but this just threw me off I’d rather keep looking than sit and beg you for it I can only imagine how they would treat me if I accepted. Anyway this opportunity could be good but from the interview process I would personally recommend looking elsewhere unless you are desperate or really want a role like that. I promise you there are much better sales jobs out there I have found one and it’s double the pay and half the work. ——— don’t settle, I hope this helps someone.
- Why are you interested in working for ECI, and specifically for the BDR role?
- Given that this job is challenging, are you prepared for that?

Business Analyst
I had an HR screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with the team. It started off great, the recruiter really liked my background. But the hiring manager interview was really long, and they didn't get my analyst or AI experience at all. I spent the whole time defending myself and was told I wouldn't get the job unless the next two internal people didn't, which they said was probable. I still went to the panel interview, where they mentioned the onboarding and team are a nightmare. My last interview was a month ago. I was still being considered 10 days later, but now my emails are being ignored. This job keeps getting reposted, it's been up for 2 months already. They're either looking for a unicorn or just farming resumes.
