The interview day started with a first gentleman who had my application, and then I was sent to a lady who administered several tests, including a personality test, a math test, and two other tests. I got there at 9:30 AM. After the tests, I interviewed with the head person at the hiring company. Then, I waited for about an hour and a half to interview with the regional manager. I was there until 4:00 PM, so it was an all-day process, and I got the job.

I had an interview over the phone which was the first step. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week. I sent a thank you email after but it was ignored. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back. It's fine not to be selected, that's just how it is. But if you say you'll get back to someone, at least have the decency and professionalism to do so. Instead of leaving people hanging. It seemed like a great job but maybe it's for the best.
