Interview was professional and honest. They asked about my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which I thought was odd for a dealership interview. They try to prepare you for the hustle and grind without hiding anything.

I had a panel interview with three people: a sales manager, the head of finance, and the General Manager. They asked about my past experience and how it would apply to the role. The sales manager and head of finance asked most of the questions, while the GM mostly observed.

It was a straightforward interview. They asked me stuff about what I learned on my old jobs, like handling tough situations and meeting with customers. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and where I grew up.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had a recruiter screen first, then an in-person interview with the general manager, which I passed. After that, the recruiter scheduled 3 virtual interviews with the director. The director no-showed all 3 times. He apologized the second time and said he'd reschedule but didn't, so I had to go back to the recruiter. After the third no-show, I withdrew my application because it was unprofessional and a waste of my time.
