I applied online and heard back for a phone interview within a week. The connection was terrible, with delays. The recruiter sounded bored and just said 'yeah' and 'ok great' a lot. It was hard to know if they were waiting for me or not because of the delay. When I asked questions at the end, they didn't have many answers. I didn't move on, which wasn't a surprise. Disappointing.

I had two phone calls with two different employees within a two week span. They were very laid back phone calls asking about myself and why I was interested in the job. I then got asked to interview in person. I got a tour of the building then met with a manager and then got the opportunity to shadow a current operations specialist. After the shadow, I interviewed with another manager.
