Tech Lead
I was given 3 tests to complete before the interview, covering both technical and non-technical aspects. The role seemed interesting, and the hiring manager came across as pleasant and highly skilled. However, the HR representative involved in the interview, who had a military background, was quite unpleasant. I suspect he was deliberately trying to unsettile me to gauge my response under pressure. The hiring manager did offer an apology for his conduct later, but ultimately, I turned down their offer. It seemed like it could be a good place to work, but they really need to be more discerning about who they hire for HR roles.
- Technical inquiries concerning high-traffic/performance retail web applications.
Marketing Analyst
- Could you tell me about your previous experiences?
- Where do you live?
Sales Consultant
The interview process was pretty smooth, the interviewer made me feel comfy and happy to share. About 8 questions were asked in roughly an hour. I'm not sure if the process is the same for every store.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you encountered?
Sales Associate
Ecco really cares about ethics and professionalism, which I think is great. During my interview, I liked how they paid attention to detail and what each person could bring to the company. It's cool they focus on growing their employees. The interview questions were good because they wanted to know my skills, experience, personality, and how I solve problems. They want people who are good at their jobs and can handle tough situations.
- If a customer presented an issue you couldn't resolve, how would you handle it?
