The interview process went well with 2 in person interviews. I wasn't selected and got an email about it. I asked for feedback when I replied thanking them for their time and letting me know. I followed up 2 more times. I'm sure I won't get a response since they haven't bothered up until now, but it says a lot about the culture.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter who wanted to know more about my background. He then scheduled me for another interview with the hiring team the following week. In that interview, they asked standard questions. Afterwards, I had a walk-through interview and then got an offer.

It was a pretty straightforward, open conversation. They gave a detailed description of the benefits, responsibilities, and the timeline to hire. The recruiter seemed really interested in getting me excited about the benefits, time-off, and pay schedule before diving into the actual scope of work for the position.

They start with a recruiter call to see if you qualify and talk about the client's needs. I noticed a lot of what the recruiter said didn't match what the client said, like contract length, location, and some daily tasks. Then there's a part where you upload a video answering some short client questions. If they like your video, you move on to an interview with the client where they ask situational questions.
