I interviewed with the Academic Director and Assistant Academic Director. The vibe was pretty chill, and they asked about how I manage my classroom and my past work experiences. They also wanted to know how I'd deal with certain situations that might come up in the classroom. Pretty standard stuff, nothing out of the ordinary.

I had a Skype interview with a very nice woman. She was professional, open, and very polite. She asked me about myself, my passion, and my predisposition to this job. Also, a couple of questions related to child protection and principles of youth work, and work ethic. She explained a few things about Ec company and Cambridge. I have to say that this was one of the best interviews I have had.

So after a quick email chat, I had a Skype call with the recruiter. It was mostly about basic stuff, mainly to check my English level and see if I'd fit the team. There are different programs you can join based on your age and how mature you are, like the summer camp for 8-13 year olds, the junior program for 14-18, and one for adults over 18. Each has its own good and bad points.

Since I was already an employee, I talked straight to the Center Director. I had to send in my updated resume and then had a formal interview. The whole thing took about an hour.
