So I had a call with a recruiter, then a call with a manager. After that, it was an onsite round. First onsite round was with two engineers where we talked about technologies on my resume. Second onsite round was with two engineers again, they asked the same set of questions. Round 3 was with a Scrum Master and Product Owner (not sure if this one was required). Round 4 was with some guy on video from India. Worst experience ever, he didn't have basic sense of how to interview someone, highly unprofessional. Decided I wouldn't work there if they hire people like him. Dude needs professional skills before interviewing. It's been 4 months and still no reply, not even to my emails. I think they should at least communicate the result.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had a brief phone chat. Then, I had a 30-minute telephonic discussion with the Hiring Manager, who was mainly interested in my current role and interests. He thought I was a good fit and invited me for an on-site interview. The on-site took about 2 hours. For the first 1.5 hours, a group of 6 people, including developers, the Scrum Master, and the QA manager, asked me questions specific to their areas. They were very professional and interactive, focusing mostly on challenges I'd faced and how I resolved them. They also went through my resume and asked about the technologies I'd listed, and they really wanted to know about my experience with Agile methodology and any issues I encountered.

I applied online on Oct 19th, 2022. An HR person hit me up on Oct 26th to set up a call for Nov 2nd, which was just a basic intro chat. About two weeks later, I got an email for the next stage, a panel interview with the Manager and a Principal Software Engineer. They hit me with technical questions from my resume, mostly about React JS, SASS, and Javascript. A week after that, I had a 2-hour call with the Scrum Master and Product Owner, where they asked mostly behavioral questions and about my background. Then, there was a 1-hour interview with the dev team (6 developers on the call) focusing on React Hooks, SASS, unit and integration testing, and Javascript, plus a small coding challenge. The final 15 minutes were with the VP, who asked more behavioral questions.
