It started with a one-way video interview, followed by three rounds of live online interviews. There was a significant delay between the first two rounds due to an issue with the job posting that apparently led to a lower advertised salary. The first two rounds were with the same person, which was a bit odd but nice since they were great. The second round was supposed to include their supervisor, but they didn't show. Instead, that supervisor was interviewed in the third round. I got the feeling the supervisor for Round 3 wasn't prioritizing this role or team, which felt like a red flag. They also seemed condescending about that part of the business and spoke cruelly about competitors, giving off a very toxic 'Sales Bro' vibe, another red flag. Despite this, I was still interested because my direct supervisor from rounds 1 and 2 was a pleasure to talk to. In the end, I was one of three finalists for two positions and didn't get an offer. I suspect it was entirely due to that final interview that felt so off. Honestly, it might be for the best.

It was a three-step process. First, an initial phone screening to check your interest and availability for the job, and to confirm basic info. Then, an interview with your potential direct manager, which was the main part. This was to assess your sales and company knowledge. Lastly, a final interview with the VP of Sales, which was more about getting to know your character through discussions about life experiences.

The interview process was quite positive. From the first contact, communication was clear, fast, and respectful. The steps were well organized, letting me show my skills and also get to know the company better. The interviewers were friendly and really interested in understanding my profile, besides clarifying doubts about the role and the company culture. It was a transparent process that made me even more motivated and confident about joining the team.
