Computer Technician
The interview process included two managers meeting with me and then giving me a tour of the place. The managers were nice and the whole vibe was pretty laid-back. It felt like a good place to interview.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
- What would you consider your greatest strength?
- What's your background with warehouse work?
Computer Technician
The interview lasted about half an hour and included a mix of questions, some technical. They asked things like how to image Windows 7 and 10, and if I had any prior experience with imaging. They also inquired about the maximum number of computers I've imaged simultaneously.
- Do you perform imaging tasks?
- Can you explain the process for imaging Windows 7 and 10?
- Have you imaged computers in the past?
Employee
You'll meet with two HR people at corporate HQ, which is not where the work happens. (Though one coworker interviewed at the warehouse). They will ask about your past work experience and how you can use it here. They also want to know if you are currently enrolled in school, as they like to see people improving themselves personally and professionally. They'll also explain gas mileage reimbursement and the auto insurance you'll need for the job. As the meeting ends, they'll tell you what to expect in your email from them and when. They'll thank you for coming and welcome you to the company if everything goes well.
- What makes you want to join eBryIT?
Computer Support Specialist
The interview process was good and moved quickly from initial contact to a job offer. It was clear what was expected throughout. We were given some tests to ensure we had the necessary training and a minimum proficiency level for IT roles, which is a positive sign for a company that values its IT staff and reputation.
- What is your expected salary range?
- Are you interested in on-call work or full-time roles that may involve travel?
