Graduate Analyst
Applied via LinkedIn and received an invite for a 20 minute online interview a few days later. This was followed by an invitation to an assessment centre that took place two weeks later. The assessment centre involved a challenging maths test, a group activity, and a 45 minute interview.
- Can you describe an instance where you were required to clean data?
Analyst
It was a simple, straightforward, 3 step interview process. First, a recruiter screen, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally a case study round. We were given enough time to solve the case, and then had to present it to 2 team members.

Digital Media Executive
The interview process started with a one-hour phone call with two people from different departments. This was followed by a second interview in London. For this, two departments sent me information via email that I had to prepare as presentations. Right before the interview, I also had to complete a math test. One department's information was really complex, using technical terms and with no instructions, so I ended up only doing one of the interviews because I felt I couldn't prepare properly for the other. They did reimburse my train costs, which was great because getting to London on short notice was very expensive.
- How would you market a new pen brand targeted at individuals who don't typically engage with conventional media?
Effectiveness Consultant
So there were 3 interviews total. First, a 30-minute phone call where we chatted about my past work, my CV, and some regression modeling stuff. Then, I had a face-to-face interview which involved a data analysis exercise that I had to prep beforehand for a presentation. I also met a few team members during this F2F. Lastly, there was a final meet-up with some of the team to talk more about the role.
- We asked some technical questions on regression modelling.
